Transformers MP-20 Masterpiece Wheeljack

This has probably got to be the most anticipated Masterpiece fgure for me. While the character is cool, he doesn't quite grab my attention much onscreen when I've watched the show, but I've always loved his design and colors. Knowing he will be released in Masterpiece form is a total must-buy for me. A silhouette was release recently showing Wheeljack in MP form. Shortly after this, a sketch showing details was put up by somebody. Then came the color sketch to give us an idea of what he will look like. Almost looks like somebodt behind the scenes created the sketch because it's very very detailed.

Transformers MP-21 Masterpiece Bumblebee?

So we all know somewhere in the future lies an MP-21 Bumblebee. We are all anxiously awaiting the arrrival of some more G1 Characters to add to our shelf. On e of the experiences involved in waiting is seeing a silhouette of grey prototype of the figure to give us a peek of what to expect. Well this image has popped up recently. But before you get too excited, it's a fake. Oh well, sometime soon.

Finally got this guy in. Will do in depth review soon. Feels nice and heavy thanks to diecast leg panels and feet. LED feature works great but is a pain in the butt to set up due to ill fitting batteries. Overall well done and fits right in with the Masterpiece line. Soundwave feels cheap and empty in comparison.

MP-12 & MP-14 packaging variant from Korean retailer.

Trikeboy posted this over on Seibertron. It seems Korea is getting variant packaging for Sideswipe & Red Alert. Instead of being packaged in vehicle mode, they are being packaged in robot mode. Interesting. I wonder if the paint on Sideswipe is updated. Someone asked if this may be a KO as there are many Korean KO toys but the quality suggests otherwise.

Dr. Wu Energon Cube Purple and Pink sets with Chest Display

Dr. Wu is releasing a set of Energon Cubes for the MP-13 Soundwave to go along with the clear cube which comes standar with the set. Also included are chest display pieces. A purple set and a pink set will be available for about $15.99 each set.

Hasbro Masterpiece MP-13 Soundwave & Acidstorm US release

It was confirmed during Toy Fair that the MP-13 Soundwave was bound for the US with get this...ALL 5 cassettes! Acidstorm will also be on its way featuring the new MP-11 mold.

Soundwave and 5 minions is expected to sell at an amazing $119.99 and Acidstorm will be $69.99...unless TRU decides to raise it.

New MP-17 Masterpiece Prowl and MP-18 Bluestreak photos

New photos just surfaced the other day showing how nice the new Fairlady Robots look. Patrol is spelled "Patorol" on Prowl. Wonder if they'll leave it like that. Alongside of prowl will be the Masterpiece Bluestreak. Both loom really nice and accurate to the show. Can't wait. Due September 2013.
