Can anyone ID this?

The name is on the tip of my tongue, but I cannot for the life of me remember the name of this figure. If someone knows, please tell me!

    I can't be sure but it's from a Japanese show "Blue Swat" And the characters name is Sho or Sig.
    It depends on the color of the gimmick on the chest on the upper left in the photo.
    Can't tell color from the photo sorry.
